I participated in an Artist workshop(4-17 Ocotber 2010) organized by the Center for contemporary Arts, Lagos and the Triangle Artist Trust. While there, I painted a mural with The assistance of Kelani Abass based on myAngel of Light drawing.
We started in the dark and used a projector to get the drawing to the wall after which, we traced with brushes. The process images of the mural from start to finish can be viewed below.

Angel of Light Mural rationale.
The 'Angel' of Light is a satirical take on Nigeria's unfortunate dependence on generators as its primary source of electric power. Taking inspiration from the fallen angels (demons) biblical story, the generators are winged machines that hold the promise of giving you all the electricity you need but, at a severe cost to your life and the environment.

The Seekproject facilitated the British Council/ African Artists Foundation sponsored Graffiti Workshop in November 2008 for the period of 2weeks in Lagos, Nigeria. Photos below:
